Deep loosener - SHEDR

SHEDR from Agromash-Kalyna is a chisel-shaped plow or a chisel plow that works on the technology of vertical tillage.

The unit is intended for vertical cultivation of the soil before sowing the main agricultural crops. In one pass, the unit loosens the soil to a great depth, grinds plant remains, destroys the plow sole, levels the surface of the field and forms a mulching layer of soil.

High productivity

The new form of racks has a very low traction resistance and allows to reach working speed up to 10 km / h.
Racks easily penetrate into soil and loosen it without mixing the different onessoil layers.

2 rows of racks ensure the stability of the unit and precise depth control without the need to use copy wheels. The high ground clearance of the frame of 750 mm provides excellent passability.

DEEP DISSOLUTION AND CROPPING OF THE SOIL

Two operations in one pass save time and money.

The SHEDR deep ripper has two rows of racks followed by twin spur rollers. The racks ensure deep loosening of the soil, the paired double spur rollers overlap each other and provide an excellent grinding effect. The advantage of the rollers is that the paired design ensures self-cleaning of the rollers and allows them to be used on heavy soils or with a large amount of plant remains.
