Cultivator Mak
Cultivator Mak intended for continuous soil cultivation, preparation for sowing both during early spring work and for winter crops, as well as care for couples. During pre-sowing or steam treatment of the soil, the following are simultaneously performed:
- cutting weeds;
- loosening and leveling of the soil.
Cultivator Mak available with working widths of 6, 8 and 12 meters.

Working bodies of the cultivator Mak
The machine's combination of arrow paws, leveling board, batteries of slatted or rolling rollers ensures a flat field surface, soil loosening, trimming and weeding.
Thanks to this, in one pass, the unit creates a structured layer of soil that promotes optimal air, water and temperature regimes.
The depth of cultivation is set thanks to the lanyards of the front support wheels and the adjustment mechanism of the rear rollers.

High productivity.
Maktiller cultivator has three types of racks arranged in six rows. Which provide overlapping of each other. Such technical parameters ensure excellent cutting of the soil profile and mixing of plant residues with the soil. The high clearance of the frame ensures the operation of the unit in fields with a large amount of plant residues.
SUPPORT WHEELS
Provides perfect copying of the field surface.
Support wheels for perfect copying of the terrain. The field is uniformly processed at the specified working depth across the entire width of the unit.

Bearing unit
Bearing unit LSFR 308 is a new generation of units with radial thrust bearings. Developed by specialists, especially for heavy rollers of disc harrows working in difficult soil processing conditions. Structurally, the unit consists of a self-aligning radial-thrust ball bearing that is fixed, with a unique system of protective seals of increased reliability and a molded FR 308 housing, which exceeds standard housings in terms of strength by four times.
Developed to order from manufacturers of agricultural machinery, it has undeniable competitive advantages:
- Greater exploitation resource;
- Improved protection against the action of earth, dust, water, moisture, steam;
- Does not require additional protection against impacts from solid objects;
- The minimum amount of backlash allows to guarantee the stability of the technical parameters of agricultural units;

Thanks to the tall and spacious frame design, it is a classic tool for preparing the seed bed, especially in areas with catch crops and areas with a high amount of crop residues.
Overlapping of the arrow legs = cutting across the entire plane
The design of MAK cultivators involves the use of two types of racks and la p with different overlapping. The farmer can choose what he needs more. The S-shaped rack has a leg of 260 mm with an overlap of 100 mm. The square cross-section has a leg of 290 mm with an overlap of 135 mm.
High permeability of the frame
The higher frame clearance (590 mm) ensures work without clogging and optimal results even with a large amount of organic mass.
Precise adjustment of the working depth
The working depth of the cultivator is adjusted using a parallelogram mechanism with holes by moving the fingers on the adjustment scale.
Spring teeth
The spring teeth are characterized by optimal mixing, self-cleaning and separation of soil from weed roots. In addition, they create an optimal soil structure with an ideal proportion of small and large lumps.
Leveling bar
As an option, a spring-loaded leveling board can be installed in front of the first row of legs.
The leveling bar has an aggressive effect on the soil, ensuring the crushing of clods and leveling of the soil surface. The intensity of work is easily controlled thanks to the spring tension.

Root system
Perfect seed bed preparation requires perfect technology. The MAK cultivator provides mixing of fine soil with larger lumps, which prevents the formation of a soil crust and leaves high-quality mulched soil on the surface of the field, which prevents moisture evaporation. In order to place the seeds on a hard surface and cover them with a mulching layer, you should use a cultivator with strong stands and convenient adjustment.

Universal harrow
At the final stage of seedbed preparation, the harrow creates a protective barrier to prevent evaporation of productive moisture and at the same time lifts larger lumps and weeds to the surface.
