CULTER from Agromash-Kalyna is a universal deep loosener that works on the technology of vertical soil cultivation, the main purpose of CULTER: leveling the area, earning harvest residues and destroying the plow sole, which is formed as a result of the operation of horizontal cultivation tools, such as plows, and units equipped with paws. CULTER has 4 rows of perfectly placed working bodies at a distance of 27 cm, overlapping each other by 7 cm. It can be used for both shallow peeling and deep loosening up to 30 cm deep. For this, it is enough to adjust the front support wheels and rear rollers .

Main frame

the strong CULTER frame is made of steel profile size 150x100. Such a frame is quite strong and can withstand the load for a long period of use in difficult conditions. Next, you need to insert about the paws.

Fastening of the paw stand is firmly welded to the frame, the loosening chisel is tightly mounted to the frame without any backlash. Adjustable nodes will help eliminate the smallest backlash that has formed, which ensures the absence of backlash during a long period of operation. Due to the presence of double springs, the service life is extended and control of the depth of processing is improved.
