The Galaxy pneumatic seeding complex carries out loosening, leveling of the surface, preparation of the seed bed, sowing and compaction in just one pass. It is distinguished by impressive sowing accuracy and a long period of operation, as well as high speed of work in the field. Due to its design features of setting the accuracy of seeding, the Galaxy planter always places seeds at the specified depth. This ensures the uniform emergence of ladders over the entire field. Accurate dosing of seeds and fertilizers
The Galaxy seeding system has combined the ability to high dosing accuracy and productivity.
The Galaxy planters are equipped with two seeding mechanisms, one for fertilizers and one for seeds.
Due to the fact that the seeding mechanisms of Galaxy are driven by electric motors, the Galaxy seeder is able to apply up to 500 kg of fertilizer per hectare, moving at a speed of 15 km/h. And thanks to the flexible system of replacing sowing coils, it is possible to sow seeds from 2 to 350 kg/ha of various types of agricultural crops.

High productivity.
The Maktiller cultivator has separate racks arranged in six rows. Which overlap each other. Such technical parameters ensure excellent cutting of the soil profile and mixing of plant residues with the soil. The high clearance of the frame ensures the operation of the unit in fields with a large amount of plant residues.
A large hopper is the key to productivity
To minimize unproductive losses during field work, the seeder model is equipped with a hopper of 5200 liters. which is shared: 3120 l. for seeds, and 2080 l. for fertilizers
The hopper of the seeding complex is sealed and under pressure, which is necessary for the correct operation of seeding devices.
Thanks to the 3 loading hatches, the hopper can be easily filled.
Sowing coulters
To form a good seedbed before sowing the seeds, the soil is rolled with large support wheels. Due to the fact that each individual seed coulter is equipped with a wide contact wheel, they instantly react to any unevenness or changes in the soil in the field, thanks to the parallelogram design of the coulter, the working depth always remains constant. Another advantage of having a wide, large-diameter drive wheel is the smooth running of the planter with low vibration, which increases accuracy when working at high speed.
Sowing control system
Control of each vas deferens
The seeder can be equipped with a sowing control system. The device ensures that in case of clogging of the seminal duct, the information is displayed on the screen. This guarantees maximum seeding accuracy.
Long service life
The design of the Helexi planter helps to increase the service life and reduce operating costs. Maintenance-free bearings, long-lasting connections and a small number of lubrication points reduce the need for maintenance and minimize downtime in the field.
