DEFT disc peeler

DEFT Diskator from the company Agrokalina combines the best constructive solutions of well-known global brands and, as a result, a machine with rationally arranged working bodies, loosens the soil, grinds and mixes plant residues in one pass through stubble or an unplowed field. Currently, there are two modifications of dialers: hinged (stand 90x14 and stand on rubber dampers) and trailers (90x14 rack and 35x35 square rack).

DEFT SPEAKER WITH STAND 90X14

The model range of Deft discs includes universal discs. They are suitable for fast, high-quality peeling of stubble, as well as for pre-sowing preparation.

With the help of these diskers, you can process the soil to a depth of up to 12 centimeters.

SPEAKERS WITH A SQUARE STAND 35X35

The 35x35 racks are specially designed for the processing of a large mass of crop residues. The greater passability of the frame in combination with the large diameter of the disc allows working to a depth of up to 14 centimeters.

The very strong frame of the unit guarantees excellent work quality and easy soil cutting even when working in very dry conditions.

Bearing unit

Bearing unit LSFR 308 is a new generation of units with radial thrust bearings. Developed by specialists, especially for heavy rollers of disc harrows working in difficult soil processing conditions. Structurally, the unit consists of a self-aligning radial-thrust ball bearing that is fixed, with a unique system of protective seals of increased reliability and a molded FR 308 housing, which exceeds standard housings in terms of strength by four times.

Developed to order from manufacturers of agricultural machinery, it has undeniable competitive advantages:

Greater exploitation resource;
Improved protection against the action of earth, dust, water, moisture, steam;
Does not require additional protection against impacts from solid objects;
The minimum amount of backlash allows to guarantee the stability of the technical parameters of agricultural units.

Reliable bearing assembly on the cutting disc.

The Agro Point IL40 hub is a development for disc harrows with high operational characteristics, lubrication and sealing are designed for the entire service life. Easy to install and replace.

The optimized design, consisting of a double-row radial thrust ball bearing with a flange that serves as an outer ring, and a cassette seal, ensures a long service life of this bearing assembly, which is several times longer than the service life of a standard bearing.

The galvanized surface of the flange provides reliable anti-corrosion protection.

The load capacity is increased by 30% compared to hubs of the same type/size, thanks to the increase in the diameter of the ball and inner shaft. The operating temperature of the bearing assembly is from -20 to +50.

The DEFT is equipped with a Ø560 mm SuperSharp disc and is mounted on a spiral spring stand (size 35x35). The racks create a vibration and shock effect on hard soils, which provides penetration into dry soil and unprecedented loosening.

When developing the Deft trailer, the Agrokalina company decided to place the axle of the machine between the second row of disks and the roller.

This gives many advantages:

• The wheels are inside the unit and maneuverability improves when turning on cultivation lanes and when transporting on roads (the turning radius is significantly reduced);

• When working, the axle rises in the center of the machine and gives additional weight, which improves penetration into dry ground, in contrast to the kinematics with the rear overhang of the axle.

• to lift the machine on a turn, the axis turns with a small amplitude, which ensures optimal speed and maneuverability.

The DEFT disker is equipped with disk sections that are arranged in the shape of the letter X. This design excludes the displacement of the machine to the side, as the lateral forces are mutually compensated. Thanks to this design, the machine moves exactly in a straight line behind the tractor. Makes it impossible for the disk to sway to the right or left when the tractor is moving.

The DEFT disker is equipped with a hydraulic traction beam. The use of this design facilitates the connection to the tractor and, above all, improves the quality of soil cultivation, as the disker perfectly copies any unevenness on the soil.

The DEFT disker can be equipped with a front shredding drum, which is ideal for shredding tough stalks. This operation facilitates further tillage of the soil, excluding clogging of the unit.

This allows you to work faster and eliminates the risk of clogging. The equipment can often become clogged when peeling stubble or working on a large amount of plant remains. In its category, the Deft has the longest distance between the front and rear row of discs (1080,830 mm) and the distance between the rear row of discs and the drum is (1120,1080 mm). The clearance of the frame (760, 650 mm) also allows a large amount of crop residues to pass through.

It is possible to use the DEFT disker with seed drills of the Austrian firm "Technik-Plus" of the Turbo Jet Super-8 model, which allows simultaneous soil treatment and sowing.

The unit is used for sowing siderates after harvesting and as a seeder for sowing rapeseed, cereals, legumes and other crops. The planter is easy to set up, maintain and manage.

Advantages and prospects of intermediate crops:

• stops soil erosion;
• accumulates moisture and nutrients for the main product;
• soil cover and roots create a natural loosening of the soil;

Modifications of DEFT

DEFT disks are available in three versions

1. Suitable for fast, high-quality peeling of stubble, as well as for pre-sowing preparation. Equipped with Belotta spring struts and Ø510 mm Super-Sharp discs.

2. Suitable for more difficult conditions. Cultivation of the soil with a large amount of crop residues and grinding of corn stalks. Equipped with Belotta racks 35x35 and Super-Sharp disc Ø560 mm

3. This type of racks is used only on mounted models of DEFT disc drives. Equipped with racks with elastic rubber dampers and Super-Sharp disk Ø560 mm.

Configuration options

SuperSharp discs

Discs with a diameter of 510 or 560 mm. of a special shape provide a higher cutting and mixing effect. They also penetrate the soil better during the dry season. Aggressive discs have many cutting edges around the circle for easy shredding of large amounts of plant debris. Sharp blades effectively cut leftovers. Moreover, the shape of the discs allows you to better mix the remains with the soil.

Chamomile disc

The disk section, as a rule, is equipped with toothed disks with a diameter of 520 x 5 mm; diameter 510 x 5 mm available on request.

Cutter front roller

The Cutter front roller is equipped with spiral sharp blades. The small diameter of the roller allows to achieve high angular speed. The roller provides an excellent grinding effect when processing the stalks of rapeseed, sunflower or sidurat. Thanks to this, plant residues move better with the soil, which accelerates their decomposition.

Otico rubber roller

Rubber roller, it is a roller made of hard natural rubber designed to work in any conditions. Provides an excellent leveling effect due to its large dead weight. There is almost no soil sticking thanks to rubber and wipers. The diameter of the roller is 580 mm. Eliminates the risk of puncture due to the semi-empty structure of the bandage.

V-Ring

The V-Ring is a heavy duty steel roller suitable for intensive loosening and reverse compaction. The diameter of the roller is 580 mm.

VV-Ring

VV-Ring is a roller with individual V-rings. Wet soil does not stick to the roller, which prevents it from clogging. The rows are reinforced, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect. The double roller increases the stability of the unit during movement. The diameter of the roller is 580 mm.

UU-Ring

UU-Ring is a double-row steel roller. The rows are staggered, which provides an excellent self-cleaning effect. The roller has an excellent crushing effect, and the U-shaped profile of the ring and the low level of clogging make it a good solution for working in wet conditions. The main idea of this roller is that the channel is clogged with soil and the effect is that the earth rolls the earth. The double roller increases the stability of the aggregate during movement. The diameter of the roller is 560 mm.

Steel Run One

Steel Run One is a steel roller designed for deeper compaction of the treated layer, effectively breaking air voids, even on heavy soils, while ensuring optimal compaction of the entire treated layer. The diameter of the roller is 540 mm.

Steel Run Double

Steel Run Double is a two-row steel roller that can be effectively used on heavy soils, also under conditions of excessive soil moisture. Due to the special design of the roller, it is best suited for working with stony soils, because thanks to its weight, it is able to easily push stones into the soil surface. This roller provides optimal compaction of the entire processed layer. Designed for work on all types of soil. The diameter of the roller is 540 mm.
