The OVTECH cultivator-type sowing complex is used for strip sowing (seeds and fertilizers) in a strip of 12-15 cm of cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats), legumes (peas, beans, soybeans, lentils, beans, chickpeas, linseed, lupins), grasses corn, rape and flax and other crops with simultaneous cultivation of the soil with arrow paws, introduction of mineral granular fertilizers and rolling of the soil in sown rows on stubble and no-throw stubble backgrounds, as well as for the cultivation of steam, mainly in areas with insufficient moisture and soils prone to wind erosion.

The design of the supporting and rolling device of seeding complexes "OvTech" ensures more intensive rolling of crops and ensures favorable contact of seeds with the soil. The seeds are fully supplied with capillary moisture, the penetration of sunlight to the seedlings is eliminated, favorable conditions for development are created at the initial stage of plant development. As a result, friendly and strong seedlings are obtained, the basis of a high harvest is laid.
