CRUSH cat from Agromash-Kalyna – chopper and cutter, water-filled, hydroficated perfectly performs crushing of plant residues after sunflower, corn, stubble, leveling and partial mulching of the field surface.
Shredding of plant residues and partial mulching of the soil delays the evaporation of moisture, regulates the temperature of the surface layer, restrains the growth of weeds, protects against weathering, and enriches the soil with organic matter.

CRUSH roller models
Rink models CRUSH are produced in 2 variants of arrangement of cutting knives: in checkerboard and linear arrangement.
The knives are sharpened on both sides, which makes it possible to increase the service life of the knife and to quickly replace it.
Simple maintenance
Thanks to the minimum number of adjustment points and lubrication points, maintenance, regulation and control are available very simple processes, which anyone can handle.
Despite the obstacles
The roller sections are hinged together. This means that the rollers copy the unevenness of the field surface well, without impairing the leveling result.
You will get an even surface where all plants are provided with equally good conditions.
A battery of knives
The battery of knives is designed for grinding plant residues after sunflower, corn, stubble, leveling and partial mulching of the field surface.
Drum diameter ∅460 mm
Shaft diameter ∅70 mm.
Placing the knives in a checkerboard or linear order allows you to chop the remains of the plant into the smallest possible parts. To increase the mass of the drum, it is possible to fill it with water or grease

Crush is characterized by excellent maneuverability both in the field and during transportation.
When folded for transportation, its width does not exceed 3,2 m.
In addition, the center of gravity of the roller when folded is lower, making transportation safer.
